Important: official eligibility documents do not agree
As checked on 26 October 2026, the Shuffle.us Help Center lists Florida, Georgia, Hawaii and Maryland among accepted locations; the published Sweepstakes Rules list those states among exclusions. The same rules also contain differing participation and prize-redemption geography passages. These are conflicting first-party statements; this website cannot determine eligibility from them. Obtain the operator’s current written confirmation and follow applicable law before participating.
Eligibility cannot be reduced to a simple nationwide yes-or-no
Shuffle.us publishes US residency, physical-location, age and verification requirements. Eligibility also depends on current operator restrictions and applicable law. Its July 2026 Help Center article and current sweepstakes rules contain contradictory state information; this page does not claim to settle those discrepancies.
Examples of documentary conflicts
| Jurisdiction | Help Center accepted-state list (July 2026) | Sweepstakes rules exclusion list (current viewed Oct 2026) | Interpretation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Florida | Listed as accepted | Listed as excluded in eligibility section | Conflict — no determination |
| Georgia | Listed as accepted | Listed as excluded in eligibility section | Conflict — no determination |
| Hawaii | Listed as accepted | Listed as excluded in eligibility section | Conflict — no determination |
| Maryland | Listed as accepted | Listed as excluded in eligibility section | Conflict — no determination |
These are documentary examples, not a complete accepted-state list or permission to access the service. The operator’s terms also contain jurisdiction-specific restrictions. Read terms.
Three different eligibility questions
| Check | What is being verified | Where to check |
|---|---|---|
| Residence | Legal residence in an allowed jurisdiction | Operator rules and account verification |
| Physical presence | Current device/location in an allowed territory | Operator geolocation and official help |
| Prize redemption | Age, verified identity, qualified winnings and any minimum | Sweepstakes rules and support confirmation |
What the official rules say about redemption
The sweeps rules currently state an age threshold of at least 18 or higher local age of majority, a minimum redemption request of 100 eligible Shuffle Cash, and possible KYC checks, including proof of identity or address. None of those rules overrides a jurisdictional exclusion. Original rules.
Safe verification sequence before any participation
- Read the most recently applicable terms AND sweepstakes rules for your location.
- Compare the published help article but do not treat a help-page inclusion as permission where terms exclude the same jurisdiction.
- Ask the operator to clarify a conflict before registering or entering; keep the answer and its date.
- Confirm both legal residence and actual physical location rather than using location-masking tools.
- Re-check at redemption because eligibility and verification remain relevant then.
Source chronology and unresolved status
The operator help article is dated 20 July 2026. The sweepstakes rules viewed on 26 October 2026 contain a different list and even differing exclusion phrasing within the same document. This is a primary-source conflict, not a conclusively resolved change of policy. The site’s published guidance will require review whenever Shuffle.us updates either source.
If eligibility is uncertain
Do not assume a state is approved; avoid participation until the operator clarifies the applicable rule. This independent publisher cannot provide a binding eligibility determination or operate account verification. See Shuffle.us review for the product, and responsible-play resources for help.
Read conflicting terms in order of relevance
A conservative verification workflow is: (1) locate the current operator Terms and Sweepstakes Rules, (2) compare the rules governing participation with the separate prize-redemption conditions, (3) note jurisdiction-specific contradictions, and (4) request confirmation from the operator before proceeding. A Help Center list is not proof that all of the operator’s other restrictions are satisfied.
